붓을 잡고 그림에 몰입하는 시간만큼은 온전히 나로 돌아간다..

걸어온 길 회상하니 숨 가쁜 일상 속에서 내가 누군지 잊을 때도 많았지만 붓과 함께하는 시간만큼은 나에게 온전히 집중할 수 있었고 나와의 만남은 나의 행동과 감정, 생각을 있는 그대로 직면하게 해 주었다..

붓과 함께하는 시간동안 나는 무수히 많은 생각과 감정들을 정리하며 조금씩 나를 이해하기 시작했고 그 과정들은 치유와 힐링의 시간이 되었으며 한걸음씩 나를 성장시키는 계기가 되었다.

나에게 마음의 안식처가 되어 준 붓과 함께 한 흔적들이 이제는 다른 누군가에게도 위안과 위로가 되었으면 하는 작은 바램으로 개인전을 준비하려고 한다. 나의 그림을 통해 잠시나마 마음이 훈훈해지길 희망해본다.

Whenever I hold a brush and immerse myself in painting, I return wholly to myself.

Reflecting on my journey, I realize that amid the breathless pace of daily life, there were many times when I forgot who I was. Yet, in those moments spent with my brush, I could focus entirely on myself. Meeting myself through art allowed me to face my actions, emotions, and thoughts just as they are.

During these hours with my brush, I began to organize the countless thoughts and feelings within me, slowly coming to understand myself. This process became a time of healing and growth, helping me take one step at a time toward becoming a better version of myself.

Now, as I prepare for my first solo exhibition, I hope that the traces of my journey with the brush—my own place of solace—can also become a source of comfort and consolation for others. Through my paintings, I wish to offer viewers a brief moment of warmth and peace in their hearts.
